Cerenzia is a foodservice distributor for small restaurants throughout California which buys products from food manufacturers, transports them to a central warehouse for storage, and then distributes these products to restaurants. I developed dozens of real-time financial reporting systems focused on sales, purchasing and inventory. My boss was the Controller… I learned a tremendous amount from her.
