Campground in the Canyon
This campground is located near the mouth of Beaver Canyon and alongside the Beaver River. Most of the campsites were well-shaded by cottonwood, aspen, pinion, juniper, and ponderosa pine.
This was a surprise. The campground was only 3 miles from the city limits of Beaver, Utah. But, it was tucked away in a canyon and you would’ve thought I was a million miles from anywhere. It rained pretty hard and it was quite windy (33mph) that evening, but I have already endured rain while camping, so I got through it easily enough.

The campground was very convenient for me. The bathroom was A+. I was in such a hurry to get home after a long trip, so I was glad to have an easy and remarkably beautiful campsite.

Of course there had to be some dangerous, venomous creatures around… LOL!!!!!

Here’s the “Beaver River” just alongside my campground.

Water
You must know by now that I LOOOOOOVE having water nearby.
What a setting for your last night out! I’m glad the snakes kept their distance.
