During my first night camping in Death Valley, I was so excited to take some nighttime pictures. I had looked forward to this trip ever since my astrophotography experiment in 2023-11 at Lake Cachuma.
These pictures turned out even better than I had expected. I tried using the tripod, but it kept falling over, and it didn’t give me the fields-of-view I wanted. Despite not using the tripod, I was able to maximize the exposure to 30 seconds. This, combined with the very clear night-sky, gave these incredible pictures.
